To facilitate sending messages and attachments securely by email, Texas CEF utilizes secure email messaging system from Microsoft’s Office 365.
To securely send us an email with attachments:

  1. Call or email us a request for a secure message. (Do not include anything confidential in your request.)
  2. Our staff will send you a secure email , it will look something like this:

3. Click the blue button in that message labeled “Read the message.” You will be taken to a secure website. It will look something like this:

4. If you select Sign in with Google, you’ll be redirected to the Gmail sign-in page. Once you sign in, select “Allow”. Your protected message will display in a new browser tab. 

If you select “Sign in with a One-time passcode”, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can sign in and receive a single-use code. Check your email for the single-use code. Enter the code in the browser window, then select “Continue” to read your message.

You can reply to CEF staff using the light blue “Reply” button pictured in the top right of the above picture. You may send sensitive documents, such as forms you have completed and signed.
